End of term report, Spring term 1945. Brown, Carlotta

Literature - 7/12 (7/12)
Maths - 8/12 (8/12)
French - 9/12 (9/12)
History - 7/12 (5/12)
Geography - 9/12 (9/12)
Gym - 1/12 (1/12) Games 10/12 - Carlotta is not putting the work into tennis that she ought to.
Science - 2/12 (5/12)
Home Ec - 1/12 (2/12)
Swimming - 11/12 (11/12) Diving 1/12 (1/12) - Carlotta has won a prize for diving this term, but still swims like a dog.
Latin - 4/12 (3/12)
Art - 12/12 - This is no indication of Carlotta's skill; she has been up against stiff competition this term.
Music - Good work
Elocution - Carlotta continues to make little to no progress in this subject; I suggest that she drops it and focuses her talents elsewhere.
Conduct - Carlotta's behaviour has been good this term.
Form teacher's comment:
Carlotta has learned a lot from her earlier stint as head girl and is more than ready to move up to the third form. She has tried hard this term but has been disadvantaged by her term away. I would like to see some improvement in Geography from her. - Miss Adams
Head teacher's comment:
Carlotta is ready for the fourth form and continues to be an asset to her form. Her conduct is well up to standard now, and not at the expense of her individuality. - Miss Theobald
